Friends are often a way God reminds us of his love for us in the random little things they do to bring a smile to our day. Today we are giving thanks for those random acts of kindness our friends do for us. What small kindness from a friend has made you smile recently?

I’ve known Cindy for over 20 years and she always makes me smile. A few weeks ago, I went out the mailbox at work to get the mail and discovered that someone on staff had gotten a package from Target. Surprisingly enough, it was me! Cindy had been online and ordered me a care package of chocolate and creative stress outlets. It was such an unexpected treat! While the chocolate is long gone, I’m still enjoying the adult coloring book on nearly daily basis.
